Third Grade students are continuing to review their computer skills and expanding on them. Folders will be created and files moved to organize their personal folders. Students will use Type to Learn to continue learning and practicing their typing skills. They will begin editing their Word documents to be sure everything is correct. Students will learn to insert pictures, use the tab key and alignment tools, and change fonts in a Word document. They will learn how to copy, paste, and cut certain items within the Word document . They will create computer art to demonstrate their knowledge of Literature, Science, Social Studies, and Math. They will create a multimedia project that aligns itself to their curriculum. Research will be done to enhance their education and they will begin evaluating the websites that they visit to gather accurate information.
