The students are reviewing their computer skills and building on them. They are using the editing tools to create a final draft of written assignments. They are using their spreadsheet skills to display survey results, social studies data, and science data. They will use the data to create a graph, formulas, and sort the information. They are expected to use technology as a tool to support personal productivity, group collaboration, and learning throughout the curriculum. Research will be done for use in projects that align with the sixth grade curriculum. Evaluation of web sites will continue as the students explore the Internet. The MLA format will be explained and used for all work cited pages.
