The students are reviewing and building on the computer skills that they learned in the past. They are learning to use the aligning tools to set up their stories and poems. They are learning to change the text font, size and color to add interest to their written work. They will create computer art that can be added to a written document or a multimedia project. They will learn the correct fingering used to type a document. They will create a multimedia project based on a subject area that corresponds with the second grade curriculum.
