Main conflict in the book: The main conflict in the book is that Harry Potter received a message from a strange creature telling him that he couldn’t attend Hogwarts School for Witchcraft and Wizardry because it would be too dangerous for him. Harry Potter went to Hogwarts anyway and faced the terrible danger of the inside of the chamber of secrets.

9. Setting of the book: (place and time) The setting of the book is in England at Hogwarts School for Witchcraft and Wizardry in present daytime.

10. Main Characters and part they play in the book:
(1) Harry Potter is a twelve-year-old wizard who attends Hogwarts School for Witchcraft and Wizardry.
(2) Ronald Weasley and Hermione Granger are best friends of Harry Potter who also attend Hogwarts School for Witchcraft and Wizardry.

11. Are the characters believable and interesting? Yes they are very believable because they face many troubles that I do with family and friends. They are also very interesting because they go on many dangerous adventures that are fun to read about and are very suspenseful.

“ The basilisk kills people by looking at them. But no one’s died-because no one looked it straight in the eye. Colin saw it through hi camera. The basilisk burned up all the film inside it, but Colin just got petrified. Justin must’ve seen the basilisk through Nearly Headless Nick! Nick got the full blast of it, but he couldn’t die again… and Hermione had just realized the monster was a basilisk. I bet you anything she warned the first person she met to look around corners with a mirror first! And that girl pulled out her mirror-and-”

13. Good reasons to read the book: There are many good reasons to read this book and one of them is because even though it’s false, it helps to imagine more. Also it is fun and interesting to read about mystical creatures and wizards.

14. Any reasons not to read the book? The only reason to not read the book is because it is so long but once you read a chapter you want to keep reading and reading.

15. Did you like this book or not? And why…. I did like this book because it is fantasy and fantasy is my favorite genre and also it is a very adventurous book.
